                         Cheese Menu         

  Brie de Meaux has the sweetness one would expect 

from a top world's cheese. Brie de Meaux delivers a very soft combination

of hazelnut and fruit aromas.
Tasting advice: Brie is a perfect match with Champagne


Camembert has a delicate salty taste. A good cheese is matured to 

the heart of the cheese. Its paste should have a clear yellow appearance.

Camembert and wine: Red Bordeaux wine or Beaujolais 

 

Pont l'Eveque: The cheese is well known for its delicate bouquet, 

which is rumoured to be reminiscent of the Norman countryside. 

Pont l'Eveque is a very rich and soft cheese with a creamy and full-bodied flavor.

wine: Pinot Noir, Pomerol or Saint-Emilion wines

 

Tomme de Savoie: Tommes de Savoie has a beautiful gray-brown rind

The pate is firm with flavor of nuts .
Medium-bodied red wine from the Côtes du Rhône, Alsace Riesling

 

Bleu d'Causses is a blue cheese made in Peyrelade, a village in the middle of the Gorges 

du Tarn in the centre of France, on the border of Lozère and Aveyron. 

This is the same area in which Roquefort is made. In Peyrelade, 

there are caves aerated by natural chimneys called "fleurines" 

in which the cheeses are aged. 

The cheeses are put on oak shelves in the caves and aged 3 to 6 months

Red Bordeaux wine or Beaujolais 

 

St. André is made from cow's milk and enriched with pure cream. 

St. André is also fairly rare.soft-ripened, triple-cream cheese

wine: Pinot Noir, Pomerol or Saint-Emilion wines
